Alicia Milne is a legal professional and a specialist in securities and corporate administration of public companies. She is a securities compliance consultant providing services to various public companies listed on the New York Stock Exchange, Toronto Stock Exchange and TSX Venture Exchange. With over 20 years in the legal profession, Ms. Milne has developed her career as a corporate secretary, compliance officer and corporate consultant, as well as an independent director. Formerly the Corporate Secretary of Pretium Resources Inc., Ms. Milne also serves as an independent director on four publicly listed companies. Ms. Milne is a member of the Governance Professionals of Canada and is a former director of Women in Mining BC.
Chief Financial Officer, Director
Jody Bellefleur is a CPA, CGA with over 25 years' experience as a corporate accountant, focussing exclusively on public companies for the last 13 years. Ms. Bellefleur is responsible for all aspects of regulatory financial reporting, including the preparation of quarterly financial statements, management discussion and analysis reports, the coordination of annual audits, and government tax and regulatory reporting. Early in her career, she was the Controller of a private manufacturing company, where she learned valuable skills necessary to run a successful business. Ms.Bellefleur has served as the CFO of Zimtu Capital Corp. (TSXV:ZC) since 2013 and is responsible for the financial reporting of multiple equity holdings of Zimtu Capital Corp., and acts as CFO for many of them. Ms.Bellefleur holds a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.), Accounting from the University of British Columbia.
Kenneth De Graaf
Ken De Graaf has over 20 years of experience in senior management positions overseeing mineral exploration, development and involvement in financing of both private and public junior mining companies (+$50 million). He has a track record of success exploring and developing mineral resource projects in Mongolia, Russia, Kazakhstan, Democratic Republic of Congo and Canada, with extensive Board and senior executive experience in both public and private mineral resource corporations. Mr. De Graaf has had leadership or senior roles in the discovery and/or development of four major global mineral deposit resources prior to which he had more than 12 years as a leading chemical/metallurgical consulting engineer with two highly regarded international consulting firms. He is currently leading marketing and sales focus for samplers, laboratory sample preparation equipment and automated laboratory solutions as Sales Manager, North America, Automation/Sample Preparation for FLSmith, a global full flowsheet provider of productivity-enhancing mineral processing and material handling technology and equipment solutions.
Graham Wilson is a professional geologist and mineralogist with over 30 years global experience as Principal of Turnstone Geological Services Ltd. evaluating many types of mineral deposits making extensive use of petrographic techniques, including electron microprobe and other advanced techniques, integrated with laboratory and field assessments to assist clientele in their mineral explorations. Mr. Wilson has produced more than 500 geological and mineralogical reports covering 6 continents for clients in business, academia and government. Mr. Wilson is a co-discoverer of the Current Lake deposit (Platinum-Rich PGE deposit, Ontario held by Panoramic Resources (ASX-PAN)); former Research Associate, IsoTrace Laboratory, University of Toronto, specializing in mineral analysis of precious metals (gold, platinum group elements), meteorites and archaeological artifacts; Ph.D (Mineralogy and Petrology) University of Cambridge, UK.
Leo Power is an established businessman in Newfoundland, Canada with an Executive MBA (Joint Kellogg-Schulich), a Master of Oil and Gas Studies (Memorial University, Newfoundland). He is currently a Director of Canada Fluorspar Inc of Newfoundland, a Director of Ptarmigan Energy Inc. an oil and gas exploration junior in Newfoundland and a Director of Search Minerals Inc. a TSXV-listed company exploring for rare earth elements in Labrador.
